Noticed an increase in your click metrics recently? Your campaigns may be affected by third party software – also known as bot clicks. These bots are most often email security software, which aims to protect the email recipients from untrustworthy links.

We understand the importance of having confidence in email metrics and soon, you will be able to track these Non-Human Interaction (NHI) clicks in your reporting to help you measure genuine email engagement.

For this first release, you will have reporting visibility into Real and NHI clicks in Email Summary, Sailthru BI, and Connect for all email messaging.
