Multi-factor authentication self-service reset

Marigold Engage by Sailthru users with the ‘Account Admin’ role can reset the multi-factor authentication of other account users directly on the user management page.

Note: An Account Admin cannot reset their own multi-factor authentication, so we highly recommend that your account has at least two users with the ‘Account Admin’ role. In the event that an account has only one Account Admin, our support team can perform the reset for the Account Admin after confirming security information.
