Segment SMS Audiences

Creating an SMS audience just got easier! 

You can now segment your SMS audience by a single use case or both with the new SMS Consent Status filter in Audience Builder. With this new filter you will have the flexibility needed in ensuring you can target the right audience for all of your SMS messages. 

New statuses include:

  • Opted-in
  • Opted-out
  • Not confirmed opt-in
  • Marketing
  • Transactional
  • Marketing and Transactional
  • Marketing or Transactional
