List block contains all of the same formatting features you will find in the Paragraph content block when adding lists to a template
Row vertical alignmentprovides the ability to align elements within a single row when working with columns. The vertical alignment will give you the option to decide how your content will be placed, top, bottom or middle of the row.
Mobile design modewill provide you easy toggle navigation from desktop to mobile design without having to switch to preview mode
