Facebook Lead Ads Integration Required Action

Due to breaking changes to Facebook’s Marketing API, the Sailthru Facebook Lead Ads integration will be upgraded Monday, March 1st at 8am EST and will require customer action. To continue receiving Facebook leads in Sailthru, please login into your Cloud Elements instance on Monday, and re-authenticate your Facebook login using the edit button. After re-authenticating, please verify your Lead Ads are coming through successfully using Facebook’s Lead Ads Test Tool. If any issues occur, please reach out to support@sailthru.com for assistance. For any leads not automatically sent to Sailthru post-migration, please export your leads from Facebook, and upload them into your Sailthru list of choice.
