Update to Universal Links Settings
It is no longer a requirement to have a certificate and key for your link domain when uploading your Apple App Site Association File. This file is used by iOS to determine what hyperlinks should open your native iOS application, also known as “Universal Links.” Apple requires this file to be served using https.
In August 2018, we updated our link rewriting and hosting to only use https. As the process to securely serve these links and files is now handled internally, you no longer need to upload your domain’s certificate and key. Any previously stored certificates and keys have been properly removed from our system.
