TLS 1.0 and 1.1 Deprecation

On April 15, 2021, we will permanently disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1 support for our API connections. If you continue to use TLS 1.0 and 1.1 after this point, you will not be able to connect to the Sailthru platform.

To ensure connectivity, you must upgrade to TLS 1.2 to connect to Sailthru.

The upgrade that the technical teams need to make should be a fairly simple one. While Sailthru can’t advise on how to perform the upgrade, we can provide your team with more information on how to track down and test the non-compliant services.
