Support for Alphanumeric and Short Codes in SMS Campaigns

We’ve released support for sending SMS campaigns from a Twilio shortcode, which will open up opportunities for faster delivery via Twilio.

Also if you’re in certain countries, like the UK, you can also now send a campaign from an Alphanumeric sender which means your customers can see your brand name on their device when they get that SMS.

What do I do to enable this feature?

Contact support@sailthru.com or talk to your Customer Success Manager and let them know what your shortcode or Alphanumeric sender Id is and we’ll add it to your account. Then next time you’re ready to send a campaign you’ll be able to choose it as the sender in the campaign editor.
