Our second wave of usability enhancements in 2016

In our quest to make your day-to-day Sailthru experience as streamlined as possible, we’re rolling out another set of popularly requested enhancements to the products and features you use the most.

This is the second wave of such changes in 2016. The first wave of changes were released through Q2, and thanks to your feedback we prioritized four more top requests we hope will make your days easier.

Look for the following updates rolling to your account from now through Sept. 2, 2016!

GO ‘BETWEEN’ WITH AUDIENCE BUILDER

This is a feature we know will save you time this holiday season and beyond: Audience Builder’s standard time evaluations (e.g., click, open, purchase) now include a “between” option to easily target a period of time. Developers can use our updated API to use the same functionality.

VARIABLE-VIEWING VICTORY

You can now download an aggregated list of your account’s user variable names as a CSV export. Visit the Lists page in my.sailthru and click “Export User Vars”. For deeper analysis, you can choose to include the data type of each variable in the export, allowing you to see discrepancies in the way you save information to the profile. SEED RECURRING EMAILS, TOO

Thanks to your feedback, you can now include seed email addresses on each recurring campaign. Look for the opportunity on the configuration screen, similar to regular campaigns. Read up on how to add them.

ENDING THE NAME GAME WITH CAMPAIGNS

Finally, you’ll notice a heavily requested change to our Campaign Builder that makes naming a campaign much easier to find and remember. We heard feedback that the name field in campaign builder is often overlooked. This update puts the “Campaign Name” field front and center in the first step of the campaign builder.
