The Sailthru platform is optimized to send Push / In-App messages in the fastest way possible. 

You can limit the speed at which your Push / In-App campaigns are sent on the Sailthru core platform. 

Set Up Throttling

Go to Settings > Channels > Mobile Apps. Set a value indicating the number of Push / In-App messages you want to send per minute. Enter a value to the nearest 1000 and ‘Save Settings’. The minimum value is 5000 and the maximum is 300000.

The throttle rate applies to sending of Push / In-App campaigns from all apps linked to the Sailthru client account.
