Introducing System Health Dashboard
We are pleased and excited to announce a brand new feature being released Thursday, January 21, 2016: System Monitoring Dashboards. This feature is a brand new page in the analytics section of the product that will provide you with realtime and historical insight into the performance of the key systems which make up the Sailthru product. You will be able to see volume and speed for campaign sending, the UI, key APIs, and jobs over the past 24 hours, 1 week, and 30 days.

We hope, that by providing you with instant visibility into these aspects of performance, that you will be able to determine whether your experience of the product in that moment matches what we’re seeing across the product as a whole. You will also be able to tell, at a glance, whether our engineers are already investigating an issue.

So, Thursday, look for the new heartbeat icon at the bottom of the Analytics menu, take the inline tour of the new feature (an element we intend to include in all new features going forward), and enjoy!

Updating Default Total Lists in Your Account
Beginning 1/20/16, the default limit for total lists in an account will be 2,000. Attempting to create lists larger than this limit will result in an error in the API and my.sailthru.com. Any customers within range of exceeding this limit have already been contacted about this forthcoming change. If your workflow requires more than this limit, please contact support@sailthru.com or your Customer Success team member.
