Preview Email Templates in Lifecycle Optimizer

Preview a Lifecycle Optimizer email template when you select it.

While building a flow in Lifecycle Optimizer, you’ll see a preview email template option after selecting it in the right-hand panel. The new options for templates in Lifecycle Optimizer include:

  • Preview template: displays a pop up with a full-screen view of the email.
  • Edit template: opens a new tab and allows for template editing if needed.

The following template fields are displayed under the selected template thumbnail, but they aren’t editable.

  • Subject Line
  • Preview Text
  • From Name
  • From Address
  • Reply-to-address
