Optimize your automation with Lifecycle Optimizer branch testing
Automation is a cornerstone of Lifecycle Optimizer, and we know how important it is to optimize future customer experience based on current customer performance. Testing is crucial to this mission, and today we are beyond excited to introduce testing inside of Lifecycle Optimizer.
You can now add a test step in flows to randomly split users between 2-5 branches, allowing you to experiment with separate templates, wait time cadences or any other branching behavior using your customer’s custom fields! You can quickly add a test step to:
- 50/50 test two post-purchase series templates
- 90/10 test your welcome series cadence
- Create up to five random split branches to test subject lines in high-volume flows
To get started, look for the new “Test” selection in the step menu:
