One login for all of Sailthru
Logging into all of our services is now easier! If you’re using both our email and mobile products, you can now login once and easily switch between messaging channels, with the new channel switcher in the top right hand corner.
In the future you’ll also be able to use the same account to quickly access support and other services.
Your account is already upgraded to the new login system, so there’s nothing to do on your part, however if you are using SMS multi-factor authentication, then you may be prompted to enter your mobile number when you next login.
If you experience problems logging in, you may use the “Forgot Password” link to reset your account. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
