New navigation is coming to my.sailthru.com

In a couple of weeks, we are releasing a new version of the navigation to my.sailthru.com, to streamline your workflows and bring our channels closer together.  We wanted to let you know and give you a preview ahead of time, so that you can be prepared for the update.



Here are the changes you can expect:
  1. Communications will be called Messaging – a more widely adopted and modern term for this important menu.  Here you will find all of the Sailthru channels, including mobile, unified with an omni-channel view.  Onsite will no longer be it’s own top-level menu item, and instead combined under Messaging.  There are no fly out menus in this one, so you see everything at-a-glance.
  2. Analytics reports will be categorized into buckets to reduce the visual clutter in this menu.  With a dedicated focus on this area of our product, we’ll aim to simplify and modernize our analytics section further in future updates.
  3. User Lookup will be moved from Analytics to Users, as this is a more appropriate and literal home for this page.
  4. Lastly, our engineering team is excited about this update because we have completely re-written the navigation using a more maintainable framework.  This allows us to provide you with a best-in-class user experience, without risking any inconsistencies in styling across different pages.
