Use Lifecycle Optimizer to Personalize a User’s First Purchase Experience

A customer’s first purchase is a big deal–and marketers can now use Lifecycle Optimizer to easily act on it!

Use our new optional purchase filters to quickly double-down on customers who are making their first-ever purchase in your account. This filter is available in two step types:

  • Entry: “Purchase Made” (to determine if the user should enter a flow)
  • Check: “Purchase Made” (to determine if the user should end their progression through a flow as a result of having made a purchase)

These new filters will be available beginning April 18, 2017, and are the first in a series of improvements to the tool following our beta release and general launch. Keep an eye out for details on more enhancements, including branching and testing, in the coming weeks and quarter.
