Improved Campaign Management, Search, and Filtering

We are excited to announce the launch of an improved Campaign Overview page for creating, scheduling, and viewing your campaigns. This release features an updated appearance and an improved interface to streamline your workflow, whether you need to find an old campaign, create and schedule a new one, or organize campaigns with tags.

In addition to improving the appearance and presentation of campaign information, the following functionality has been added.

Search and Filtering

To assist you in finding last year’s Mother’s Day campaign as well as last week’s Official Newsletter, we are introducing two widely requested features: search and date filtering.

The new search makes it easy to find your campaign by name. You can do an expansive search, finding all campaigns that contain at least one of the keywords you enter. Alternatively, you can use quotes to find campaign names that contain an exact word or phrase. Enter multiple phrases to require all of them in your result, for example “Mothers Day” “New York” will find the campaign “New York Mothers Day Campaign 2016” but not “New Mothers” or “Chicago Mothers Day Campaign 2016”.

A date range can be added to your search terms to quickly find exactly what you are looking for. Of course, you also still have lists and labels to further refine a search.

Improved Batch Actions – Tagging or Deleting

We have also made batch operations easier. For example, if you are backfilling labels to several campaigns, you now can apply them to 100 at a time. This is helpful for applying labels to make use of the new capability on the Campaign Summary reporting page to filter by label.

The new Campaigns interface will be rolling out to all Sailthru users on May 2, 2017 and will be available in My Sailthru under the Communications menu.
