Get cookin’ with Lifecycle Optimizer Recipes
Our team often receives questions about popular Lifecycle Optimizer flow layouts, including the question, “So what are other customers doing that’s cool?” To help answer that question and inspire your creativity, we’re introducing Recipes to Lifecycle Optimizer.
Use Lifecycle Optimizer Recipes to discover new strategies or quickly get started with popular flows such as Welcome Series. Look for the Recipes option in the Lifecycle Optimizer builder toolbar.
You’ll see a display of suggested recipes to get your creative side flowing. These flows are recommended layouts direct from our Sailthru Academy team. Here’s our starting line-up:
Each recipe includes a recommended layout, including preconfigured checks and waits, as well as action placeholders. Some flows even suggest the best way to test. Flow re-entry (frequency capping) settings also update with each recipe selection!
As part of Recipes’ launch, we’ve moved the browse and cart abandonment flows to the Recipes list. Previously, these best practice layouts automatically appeared when selecting the “Browse Abandoned” or “Cart Abandoned” entry type. We’ve also removed the default flow outline when you first create a new Lifecycle Optimizer flow.
We’re excited for to provide the first of many best practice flows. Recipes is live for all customers beginning today, May 15, 2018. Be on the lookout for additional recipes coming this summer.
