Edit Active Flows

Wait steps just got smarter.

Starting today, when removing Wait Steps from active flows, you’ll have a choice between removing users inside the wait step from the flow and  relocating them to a different step inside the flow. Here’s how it works:

  1. Open an active flow and locate a Wait step
  2. Remove the Wait step from the flow
  3. Choose the option shown in the modal, “Send them to different step” The warning modal with Remove users and send them to a different step selected.
  4. Select a relocation step
  5. Save the flow
That’s it! Once the flow has been saved any users inside the removed Wait step will proceed to the selected step as soon as they’ve waited for the amount of time that was indicated on the removed Wait step at the time they first entered it. Documentation is available here
